The Tex-Mex Experience
Javi and his wife, passionate cooks, began experimenting in their kitchen, blending Tex-Mex with traditional flavors from their native Michoacán, like Carnitas and Mole Verde. They served family and friends with generous helpings of enchiladas, fajitas, and their favorite, breakfast tacos.
In October 2013, with an open-hearted spirit, Javi and his family turned their love of cooking into a business, proudly opening our doors to share their unique blend of traditional Mexican flavors and classic Texas favorites.
We take pride in crafting dishes that cater to everyone’s preferences, accounting for spice tolerance, allergies, and dietary restrictions. Our mission is to ensure that everyone at the table can enjoy a delicious meal.
